• changed to imap 2000 final with ssl option
  due to the different legislation regarding strong
  cryptography, there are no precompiled binaries
  with SSL support available
  
• will use % instead of * as a imap-server wildcard
  and will populate the view one level at a time
  
• imap-2000 patch now supports the TOP feature of POP
  try to unset Preferences->Misc->Don't fetch Overview from POP server
  to try this rather convenient feature
  
• now supports viewing of uuencoded mail
  
• fixed problem with mime magic in composer which set all
  files to application/octet-stream
  
• first support for text/v-card attachments
  
• queueing message for sending later works
